Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Last updated 23 July 2026
1. About this policy
This policy explains how Sri Sai Enterprises (a document-facilitation service based in Bengaluru, Karnataka) handles your personal information when you use this service. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. By using the service you consent to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
- Identity & contact: your name, phone number and email address.
- Identity verification: a photo of a valid government ID (such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID) that you capture for verification.
- Case documents: the documents and details you upload or share for the service you request.
- Consent & authorization records: your typed name, the phone number used for OTP, and the time of consent.
- Payment status: whether a charge has been raised and marked paid (we do not store card/UPI PIN details).
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends, and the strictly-necessary cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your information only to run the service — specifically to:
- verify your identity and your authorization to act on a case;
- prepare and submit your paperwork to the relevant government office or portal;
- communicate with you about your case and raise charges;
- keep records we are required to keep, and protect against fraud and misuse.
We rely on your consent and on the performance of our service to you, and on our legal obligations, as the lawful basis for processing. We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
4. Who we share it with
- Government departments and portals — to file and progress your case, as you authorise us to do.
- Our staff — the team members handling your case.
- Trusted service providers — for example Google Firebase (sign-in and phone OTP) and Google Cloud (secure hosting and storage), who process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.
- Authorities — where disclosure is required by law or to protect legal rights.
5. How we store and protect it
Your data is stored on secured Google Cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit, access controls and authentication so that only authorised staff can see case information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for future processing. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer act on your case. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below.
8. Grievance officer
If you have a concern about how your data is handled, you can contact our grievance officer at saishashi28@gmail.com. We will acknowledge and address your concern within the timelines required by law.
9. Children
This service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date shows when it last changed. Questions? Contact Sri Sai Enterprises at saishashi28@gmail.com or +91 98452 57231.
