Refund, Cancellation & Disclaimer

1. Service charge vs. government fees

Two kinds of amounts may apply to a case: (a) our facilitation charge for the work we do, and (b) government fees and third-party costs (stamp duty, registration, portal or department charges). These are treated differently for refunds, as explained below.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel a request at any time by contacting us. If you cancel before we have started work on your case, you can receive a full refund of any facilitation charge you have paid. If you cancel after work has begun, a refund may be partial, reflecting the work already done.

3. Refunds

• Facilitation charge: refundable in full if work has not started; partially refundable, in proportion to work completed, once it has.
• Government fees and third-party costs: once these have been paid to a government authority or third party on your behalf, they are governed by that authority’s rules and are generally non-refundable to us, so we cannot refund them.
• A government office rejecting or delaying an application is not, by itself, grounds for a refund of the facilitation charge, since the work was still carried out.

4. How to request a refund

Email saishashi28@gmail.com or call +91 98452 57231 with your case reference. We aim to review refund requests promptly and, where a refund is due, to process it to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

• Sri Sai is a private facilitation service, not a government body and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any government department.
• We do not provide legal, tax or financial advice. Information in the app is general and practical, not a substitute for professional advice or official rules.
• Outcomes, fees and timelines are decided by government authorities and can change; we cannot guarantee any particular result.
• You are responsible for the authenticity and lawfulness of the documents and information you give us.
