How does property registration through Kaveri work?
We prepare and verify the deed, complete the government filing and duty payments on your behalf, and book your slot at the sub-registrar office. On the appointment day, both parties appear with originals, and the registered deed is usually issued the same day.
What documents are needed for registration?
The draft deed, ID proof of both parties, the property schedule, an encumbrance certificate if available, and passport photos. Depending on the property, the Khata and latest tax receipt are also asked for. We give you an exact checklist after the free review.
Which registrations do you handle?
Sale deeds, gift deeds, release deeds, lease agreements and settlement deeds — for flats, sites, houses and land in and around Bengaluru. If you are not sure which deed fits your situation, we explain the options before anything is drafted.
How much are stamp duty and charges?
Stamp duty and registration fee are set by the government and depend on the property value and deed type. Our service charge is separate. We calculate the full amount for your specific case during the free review, so there are no surprises on registration day.
How long does the whole process take?
Document preparation and verification usually take a few days, and slot availability at the sub-registrar office varies by location. The registration appointment itself is normally completed in one day.
