Khata for rural / gram panchayat property
If your property is in a village or gram panchayat area, its ownership record is kept by the panchayat — commonly as Form 9 and Form 11 — instead of BBMP. Which office applies depends on where the property falls, and we verify that first so the application goes to the right place.
The sale deed, latest tax receipt, survey number or existing khata details, the owner's ID proof and the property location. If you only have some of these, we check what can be traced from the records.
Panchayat offices work at different speeds, so it usually takes a few weeks after the application. We follow up with the office directly so you do not have to visit repeatedly.
